Carol Ann is the most miserable person I have ever come into contact with. Her business partner Laurel is not much better. Anything you speak to her about she will look at you like you have 3 heads and give you a rude remark, if she responds to you at all. She will also rob you of your security deposit and evade your calls and texts. I could go on about my myriad negative experiences after renting from her for 2 years but she has drained enough of my energy. Rent or buy from literally anyone else.
