I took my brand new Husqvarna chainsaw here for a little adjustment because it wasn't idling just right. And because I wouldn't let him change the carburetor on it, he tore it up. He is a crook that will over charge you, if you take his advice!!
Both partners were kind and courteous on the phone. We dealt with Hans in person at the shop. He was knowledgeable and quickly found our operator-induced problem (simply letting our generator run out of gas). He was nice enough not to make fun of us. If we ever have small engine problems in the future, we'll go to these folks and recommend that you do, too.
