My grandparents are not terribly tech savvy like a lot of older people & asked me to write this review on their behalf. My grandfather was helped out immensely by this company when they saw him out struggling with some work on his own & they were beyond grateful for the assistance he received. In a world where few people go above & beyond to be helpful it sounds like this is one of the few places being run right and doing good for the community!
WNCIL gets five stars for communication, promptness, professionalism, and great customer service. Logan, the technician, was very thorough and spent extra time explaining the well chlorinating process to me. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Great experience with this company - thanks!
You know, I don't live in North Carolina, but if I ever come out that way to live, i know what part I'm moving to just because of the work ethic the owner instills in his workers.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! I wouldn’t even give them a one star! Almost $7000.00 in and still not a fix to our septic issue! My husband has called every week for several weeks and still no response! He was told by the owner that he would come out and solve the issue himself once his camera is fixed and NOTHING!!!! All they did was band aid the issue when what we really need is a new septic!! When the total cost could have been around $9000.00 now could cost us $20,000 not including the $7000.00 we gave them!!! ! Who only ha... read more
