WNB Factory was born from the strong desire of bringing quality food cooked fresh to their hometown Atlanta, GA. This location does NOT live up to the brand of WNB. They cut corners, products are never available, place looks ready to close at 8p. A bunch of hand written stuff all over the place. Was hopeful was second visit since open. Even more Terrible experience.
First I can only speak for myself but the food is always cooked like I'm the only one there. It's difficult to run a restaurant let alone make it taste as freshly fried every time. This is like the chick fil a of wing spots. The staff are always friendly and the this is one of my go toos over publix even. Order the one piece catfish veggie rice and mango smoothie for starters. POC stop supporting these folks and take your coins elsewhere. Dude at the counter didn’t greet and wasn’t pleasant. I left. I’ll take my money elsewhere. I’ll be glad when the day comes where we never support these type of individuals who clearly don’t value us.
Ordered via DoorDash as a pick up order. Received 6 peace, honey, garlic bone in wings with fries picked order up got all the way home wings were rock hard picked up one of the wings, and you can literally bang it on my counter and it sounded like a rock drove all the way to the store to request them to remake my food lady at counter called the owner and the owner refused. I will never ever purchase from this place again.Owner or management is awful and greedy
This is by far the worst WnB restaurant I have visit in quite some time. The “owner” (Young Chun Park) showed a very low level of customer service experience. I placed an order for over $40 and did not get any food, and he refused to give me my money back. He even refused to offer me a store credit. He was talking to me as if I was very unintelligent after asking if we can try to rectify the situation. Police were even called and he tried to lock me in his location.
