This has been one of my goto spots for years and unfortunately THEY HAVE SHUT DOWN THIS LOCATION. It’s crazy seeing all the horror stories in the comments about this place when I’ve never had an issue with staff nor order other than a few times they left mushroom in my cheesesteak but a few times in the years I’ve been going here is reasonable. Amazed that they could have so many terrible reviews but I’m glad I was never victim. There’s another location near or on cascade
The place is next to Kroger. I've gone to this place every week for the past 3 months at different times of the day and they have always been closed. The place inside is empty with no lights on.

Placed an online order and pulled up about 30 minutes after they were supposed to open to find no one inside and the doors locked
Don't order fried pickles bc they are listed as fried dill, but they are sweet fried pickles. The drink machine was broken, and the machine that held the bottled drinks was broken as well bc the drinks were room temperature. Did not receive any sauces that I paid extra for and was not refunded for those. Burger was flavorless and the bun was thicker than all the toppings put together. Just bad all together
