the food at wnb was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. but what really made the visit special was shriyan. he wasn’t just a great worker; he was the kind of person who makes the whole place feel better. super friendly, always smiling, and somehow managing to help everyone without missing a beat. he made sure our order was perfect and checked in just the right amount. honestly, the food alone is worth coming back for, but shriyan takes the experience to another level. wnb’s lucky to have him.
The customer service I received on 10/14 evening was unacceptable. I came in simply to pick up an order, and the young person at the front desk was incredibly disrespectful and condescending. I was shocked by their attitude.
Burger, wings, and strawberry shake were good but cheese on the fries was very disappointing.
