I’ve visited this restaurant several times, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. The staff member taking orders repeatedly gets my order wrong and seems uninterested in correcting the mistake. On my latest visit, I also noticed roaches crawling near the drink station, which is completely unacceptable for any dining establishment. When I asked for a refund, it was refused. Customer service is horrible. Every time I come in it’s the same guy with the same nasty attitude.. Do not recommend to anyone would never go here again and plus they literally have a 70 on their health inspection!!
I wanted to bring to your attention that the person consistently taking orders at this location is not doing a good job and has a very poor attitude. He is unhelpful and seems unwilling to address any issues. I also learned that he might be the manager, as I was unable to file a complaint against him directly. My experience at WNB in Newnan, GA, was underwhelming. While I was looking forward to trying their wings and burgers, I was immediately put off by the heavy smell of old grease and the taste of my fries, which carried through to the food. It was clear that the fryer oil needed to be filtered or changed, as the taste and texture of the food were affected.
