They have the best wings and onion rings. Everyone is super friendly!!
I call in my order most times. The food is usually ready when I arrive. The customer service is top notch, besides the food customer service is the main reason I visit this location more than any other restaurant in Bethlehem. The food is amazing, I love their wings, the Burgers are the best in town and the Phillies hit the spot every time. One of the things I like about WNB is that they're open on Sundays so I don't have to go without my wings. This was our first time eating here. We placed our order online and sent our oldest to pick up. He brought the food back and noticed that our “cheese” fries were just fries with a sprinkle of melted shredded cheese. When you look at the menu, it describes them as fries with cheese poured over them, similar to nacho cheese. Even a quick google search of WNB Factory cheese fries shows a picture of liquid cheese over the fries. I work near here and I can tell you I’ve haven’t been disappointed I’ve been too places where they have bad wings due to frying but I haven’t been sad yet
