The food at this establishment was horrible. I’ve been to other ones and it was phenomenal. This was disappointing very small wings. They gave me the wrong order and then they emailed me. We went back-and-forth only for them to blame me and tell me that I received my order when I did not fully receive the correct order and the food was horrible. It was thrown out. “Swung by Wing and Burger Factory today and enjoyed it. The wings were flavorful, and solid—good food all around. The staff was friendly, and I gotta give a shoutout to Arlene on the register. She’s new and still figuring things out with the wonderful owner showing her the ropes, but her effort really showed. She greeted me with a smile, worked hard to get the order right, and just had a great attitude. The owners watchful eye and clear support after our order with her made my experience even better.
