Good food, good prices but randomnly shut down after a year

I wish I could rate the food but instead I'm rating their online ordering system and their customer service. Tried multiple times to order online for pickup. They use some 3rd party ordering site which doesn't work. Every time I got to checkout, it told me my credit card was invalid. I tried 3 different cards. I then tried calling their restaurant and no one answered. I also sent an email on their website to let them know but no one bothered to respond.
