Don’t buy from them. They sent an item broken with no heads up in advance that it was. I called and they said that it’s purchased as is. If you buy something from them assume that it’s broken unless it says otherwise. Horrible customer service
Participated in an online auction recently. Since this was our first auction we had several questions and always received timely responses. They were always friendly and helpful. Upon picking up our items. Kristy, Paul, Chance and the whole staff were very helpful. I hope we get a chance to work with them again. In the future if I need to auction anything I know who I'm going to call.
I was not involved with the coordination of the auction, but was able to buy back some of my grandmothers things. Kristy was incredibly gracious and understanding. We took a little longer than most to load up as we were coming from out of state but she allowed us all the time we needed. While packing, she brought momentos to me as well that were found in other lots. Things that we didn't even know existed. Now I am able to preserve and treasure them. When I had just recently arrived in the United States, these people sold me a great car. It drove without any problems for 5 years! They sold me this car with a payment plan, and honestly, I still don’t know how they trusted me back then. But I never lied to them about anything, and they believed in me — even though they didn’t have to. I am truly grateful to them. Thank you very much!
