I'm so mad I wouldn't recommend nobody's renting from this man the house was infected with wasp and rats and we use to complain everyday how it was mold and it just smell so bad in the trailer and nobody came out and did anything it was to a point where my baby was getting sick every week now he's tryna take me to court saying we didn't pay him from the month of October which he should of took it from our deposit I do not recommend anybody renting here I'm very disappointed & disgusted.
