Very poor customer service
The absolute worst place one could ever, ever take their vehicle. I had taken my car for a routine oil change, and it ended up being the worst experience I have ever had in regards to automotive work. Not only was I completely over-charged, the incompetent "repair-men," and especially pertaining the older employee with a grey mop-top, apparently forgot to put my oil-tank's cap back on.
