Would give less than 1 star if possible. My daughter broke her collar bone and they moved her appointment TWICE without notifying me. Both times we drove almost an hour to get there to be told her appointment was at a different day or time.
Doctor was great. Always has time to answer questions. Short wait time. Phone system is not efficient.
Very poor experience. I scheduled an appointment and drove 40 minutes, only to be told the doctor was at a different, faraway location. They called just ten minutes before the appointment—completely unacceptable and very disappointing.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE PEOPLE ON THE PHONES TO SCHEDULE WITH. FIRE EVERY SINGLE ONE. DUMB, LAZY AND BAD ATTITUDES. NEVER BOTHERED TO SCHEDULE WITH A DR BC OF THEM.
