It's been a while since I could trust any OBGYN with my medical care. I took a chance with this Facility and must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff seemed helpful and truly concerned as I listened to the conversations while I waited. The Exceptional rating started at the front desk, extended to the healthcare assistant; Jasmine, and continued with Dr. Agochiya and concluded with the front desk assistants. Such looong wait once you get into a room. Was seen only 30 minutes after my scheduled appt time.
Horrible office staff. Unhelpful, uncaring. No one knows the Drs cell phone. If you have an issue, good luck you're on your own.
Very unprofessional office as a whole. Called to make an appointment for a checkup as I am a patient, they advised they are currently not accepting appointments. Called another time to schedule an emergency same day appointment they said someone would call me back and nobody did. (I called as soon as they opened too) When I called them back upset they transferred me to a midwife who was rude and hung up on me.
