I'm not sure what happened to this office over the last year. I love the doctors, but now the office is not good at following up. I called the first week of January for an urgent appointment and was told i would be called in a few days when the Feb schedule opened. Its March, I'm still waiting. I had to go to a new office.

I went specifically for Dr. Agochiya and that’s the only reason for the 1 star rating. I have been calling this office for 3 1/2 months, leaving countless messages, confirming if my medical records were received as I need to follow up with Dr. Agochiya and don’t have my calls returned, continue to receive conflicting information that documents were received and message sent to MD and then it was not received, continue to be transferred to others for help who also don’t return calls. I had such a positive experience with this practice throughout my pregnancy. I first saw Dr. Panoff, and I also had visits with Dr. Batista, and Dr. Agochiya. All of them are very attentive and catering, always answered my questions. Along the way, I also met Dr. Polyo (who ended up delivering my baby) and two midwives. The front office staff was always nice, polite, accommodating, and very attentive. Scheduling appointments was easy, and they always worked with me to find convenient times. I can’t speak highly enough about this practice. Lindsey was so helpful making my appointment. Lupe was so sweet when taking my vitals. Dr. Agochiya was very patient and took the time to address all my concerns and give advice on how to manage my menopausal symptoms. I highly recommend.
