I had such a positive experience with this practice throughout my pregnancy. I first saw Dr. Panoff, and I also had visits with Dr. Batista, and Dr. Agochiya. All of them are very attentive and catering, always answered my questions. Along the way, I also met Dr. Polyo (who ended up delivering my baby) and two midwives. I went specifically for Dr. Agochiya and that’s the only reason for the two star rating. I have been calling this office for three-four weeks, leaving countless messages, confirming if my medical records were received as I need to follow up with Dr. Agochiya and don’t have my calls returned, continue to receive conflicting information that documents were received and message sent to MD and then it was not received, continue to be transferred to others for help who also don’t return calls. I can’t speak highly enough about this practice. Lindsey was so helpful making my appointment. Lupe was so sweet when taking my vitals. Dr. Agochiya was very patient and took the time to address all my concerns and give advice on how to manage my menopausal symptoms. I highly recommend.
It's been a while since I could trust any OBGYN with my medical care. I took a chance with this Facility and must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff seemed helpful and truly concerned as I listened to the conversations while I waited.
