I had a really upsetting experience here that honestly still doesn't sit right with me. I went in for a routine visit, and somehow blood tests were ordered that I never asked for and didn't need. When I questioned it, the receptionist said she didn't do it, and the doctor also said she didn't order it - so no one could explain why it was done in the first place. I had a very disappointing experience with this OB-GYN office. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism and organization was far below what you would expect from a medical practice. I'm not sure what happened to this office over the last year. I love the doctors, but now the office is not good at following up. I called the first week of January for an urgent appointment and was told i would be called in a few days when the Feb schedule opened. Its March, I'm still waiting. I had to go to a new office.
I went specifically for Dr. Agochiya and that’s the only reason for the 1 star rating. I have been calling this office for 3 1/2 months, leaving countless messages, confirming if my medical records were received as I need to follow up with Dr. Agochiya and don’t have my calls returned, continue to receive conflicting information that documents were received and message sent to MD and then it was not received, continue to be transferred to others for help who also don’t return calls.
