trash/recycle is picked up as stated. we would appreciate it if the container was place in the yard and not the street, thanks,
Too frequently my trash does not get picked up on the assigned day. I use the app to report a missing pickup but no one comes out on the next business day as they claim. I don't see the WM truck again until the following week when the trash is scheduled to be picked up. This is not acceptable. I would not recommend WM for home services. The container sits there and the trash inside gets ripe and has a really bad smell.
WM’s staff are readily available to answer questions and explain any issues The pickup has been as stated with no issues
very expensive and no renegotiation of a contract very hard to get a hold of customer service
