We recently moved to a new area and are new to Waste Management. The website was easy to navigate and made it so easy to start service and our bin arrived in a timely manner! Great prices, too!
Poor communication and hard to get ahold of . Missed our garbage when ours was out the same time as all of our neighbors. we put in a request and never heard from them and they never resolved the concern.
