I switched to a 64 gallon garbage container on 4/22/26 and forgot to leave the old bin out. They were supposed to pick it up on 4/29. They changed to 5/6, 5/13 & 5/16 and got emails after the fact. Then I was told on phone that it would be 5/27. What is wrong with this company. You can never reach a supervisor either. There was a very nice staff named Victoria that was going to escalate it. Hard to get them to do the service they are charging you for repeatedly lying to you about picking up the trash, took a supervisor to actually get the trashcan picked up for the spring cleanup they were three weeks late With no notification. Dropping our trash cans in our ditch instead of where they pick them up at since Waste Management took over from Allied. It’s been a nightmare.
Waste Management has been outstanding since taking over for Republic Services.
