customer services great and the garbage service people work awesome too
Update: Waste Management was quick to respond to my review, they called me and fixed my issue very quickly. I've consequently updated my review from 2 to 4 stars. I pay for garbage and recycling to be picked up every other week. For years they did just that and I was happy. Two(ish) months ago they shifted so that the garbage and recycling were on alternating weeks with no notice at all. Ordered a bin for cleaning out a storage trailer and broken items laying around the property. They brought the bin to our home and placed it where requested. It was easy to order, made clean up easy to have it on site, and they picked up on the date quoted. Thank you for making our job easier.
