Customer service was excellent. We ended up not needing the survey done. Got our deposit money refunded promptly and our account was handling by someone who cared. If we need a survey done in the future we will be using them for sure. If you're having trouble with them returning phone calls just call back later in the day and you will get someone. It's really not that hard to figure out
Overall survey service was slow and communication exchange was poor.
Had a survey of my residential property done. Surveyors were prompt & professional. Would definitely recommend!
