This review is long overdue. I had the pleasure of being a foreman for Schultz construction for a few years. I have to say the culture Schultz cultivates in their employees is special, Bill Schultz himself taking time out to hand write birthday and Christmas cards expressing gratitude for the work I performed is synonymous with family and a special once in a career experience, I have definitely made some life long friendships and even after we parted ways we stay in touch.
