I give 5 stars because they do what they say they are going to do when they say it will happen. A large part of that is our rep Luke Satori. I have had/have reps of all types and all you want is for them to answer the phone and try and assist you. Well, he does sand I'm glad to pay the bill when it comes do. Ohh and the automated system is the easiest I have ever used.
I am about 50/50 for non pick up. My driver misses me quite a bit an reports me as can not out.
I was 4 days late with making a payment, so my trash was not dumped. Over sight on my part, and I understand I was paying for a service but 4 days. I think sending a reminder of payment would have been so much better.
New customer. So far so good.
Waste Management is TERRIBLE. Don’t use their services I’ve been living in my new house for 2 1/2 months and been having nothing but damn issues with getting my recycling picked up. Every week it’s the same issue. So please go with anyone else besides them. They are not good.
