Very inconsistent trash pickup and poor customer service. Will be switching to another service.

They consistently fail to pick up the trash. They wait until the last minute to inform you of the change. They do not issue any type of credit when they fail to pick up. They then do not reschedule for the next business day, but make you wait until the next scheduled service date. Then when you call customer service or start a chat they are never helpful. Do not get this service!!!

Worst company ever. No way to talk to someone, no customer service except robot call. Charged me $75, to pick up my trash back and did not even show up. Shame! Oh yes, I changed company, cheaper, nice customer contact and told all my neighbors to switch to a better company.

Inconsistent trash pickup. Then when I canceled service, they could not provide me a specific date for them to pickup their receptacles, so I had to leave them out on the curb for multiple days as they instructed. Then one day the receptacles were gone. And now they are threatening to charge me $50 a receptacle because they claim they did not pick up the receptacles. Extremely frustrating. I just want to be done with them. So far, my replacement trash pickup vendor All Terrain has been great.
