Had an L2 fault code on boiler display. WM talked me through what to do over the phone instead of calling out and charging me. Fixed straight away. Great service.
I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. I woke up to found a leak coming from the ceiling into my kitchen. WM Plumbing were very responsive and squeezed me into their busy schedule. By lunchtime they’d been out, the source of the leak had been detected and repaired. My place was left as it was found, you wouldn’t even know there had been a problem. Keith was really helpful and and made sure my plumbing was water tight and appliances installed safely, also advised how to address damage from previous leak in kitchen. Would definitely recommend
