Got missed one week drove right by called in said it would be picked up in less than 24 hours. NEVER WAS PICKED UP UNTILL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY
They do not miss a collection. However, their new carts are massive. I only need a small cart for recycling and garbage. When I have sent messages about this, they never reply...
