Too expensive. Container drop off and pick up charges are extortion. They bait and switched on monthly service charges, increased within about a year and again regularly without notice or option to cancel service without penalty.
Good service from the drivers, but WM consistently raises rates about once a year without telling you
I was disappointed the day in when trash pick-up was suspended due to the icy roads. The garbage truck turned around in the cul-de-sac where my home is located. I saw it turn around. I understand the safety of the drivers is important. That is not why I am upset. A text is sent when ever there will be a delay in trash/recyclable pick-up due to a holiday.
