Scales open at 7:00 am. If you're picking up load, you'll need a pu# that starts with SN.. Staff is very friendly. When you go in stay to right to go to scales.
Go ahead and try to do the right thing by paying to dump your trash. One trip to this place and it’ll make sense why so many people end up dumping their trash in the desert. Place is a nightmare, takes an hour minimum just to get in, and heaven forbid you’ve never been there and don’t know where to go. The lady in the office will just bark orders at you super fast and push you off. No one here is pleasant or helpful at all
Northwest regional landfill is way overpriced . They did a few upgrades and actually got slower. The Scale House staff is rude and I could overhear them talking bad about management and how they want new jobs. Completely unprofessional when a customer is at the window. Not only that but the landfill is terrible. I got two flat tires. I will never go back. My brand new F150 got stuck in the mud and they said they were under staff so I sat out there for two hours…unbelievable
Very friendly and courteous employees! Jake was very helpful at the weigh in station. WM is lucky to have employees like him.
This landfill is hands down one of the most poorly run facilities I’ve ever dealt with. The wait times to unload are beyond ridiculous what should be a quick in and out turns into sitting for hours. It’s a complete waste of time and money. The roads are in terrible condition. Potholes everywhere, rough as hell, and clearly neglected.
