Website is NOT user friendly. Terrible design and poor service. Kept crashing after inputting info several times to book appointment. Stupid design. Using another service to book.
Everything was outstanding from booking to testing. Lee-Anne observed our testing and made it so easy. Then the price could not be beat.
Took the virtual rapid antigen test last month for 3 persons 2 days before going on a cruise. I hesitate at first because it was virtual (worried about potential connection problems and whether it was legit🤔). Anyway since the price was so cheap for 3 persons, why not risk it?! Just to let you know this is legit. The staff was friendly and everything went well. Anyway no more COVID test is needed for the future cruises, otherwise I will sure come back again!
Was concerned when booking given the MUCH lower price, it was a fantastic experience! Will never book anywhere else!
We booked a Covid antigen test for travelling. Everything went smoothly. They give you reminders until the date for the test. The nurse, Zenaida was most helpful and friendly and the test was completed like a breeze. Thanks to all in the organization!
