This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from William Krotter, and the experience was just as good as the first. The team was friendly, prompt, and honest, and I appreciated their small-town values along with a great selection. They even delivered the vehicle to me, which made the process simple and stress-free.
We were looking for a specific wagoneer and had called other dealerships and spent time searching for one. Andrew Krotter had asked if he wanted us to find him one and went out and bought options. i have bought and sold dozens of cars in my life. This by a wide margin was the easiest, fastest, and least pressured buying experience of my life. Car buying should be fun, and this was. I will 100% work with them again
Was looking for a gladiator rubicon ecodiesel. when I found one listed at Krotter's. Called and they gave me a number I was more then happy with. They had all paper work done up and to me by the next morning and the truck loaded up with a transporter by that evening. Truck looks brand new and I have zero complaints
