Awesome train store.
Ordered a locomotive. Catalog said: comes with speaker installed. No speaker. Rep said catalog was a misprint. I could return for refund. Or I could buy a speaker from them for $12. Will not ship me a replacement part which I requested, said they don't have one on hand. I guess keeping my business is not worth $12 to them. Very poor customer service. I guess they don't care.
I wish I can give you 6 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because I love your train brands like there perfect. I have never went thee but they have the best train stuff I ever seen. I wish I can go there but it's to far away of my home location 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞 but I buy some train cars at the Internet but I wish a another one open in Alabama 🥺 please.
