Typical landfill. Staff is pleasant. Just try to get in line early. Try to be in line 30mins before they are open.
Terrible customer service. Impossible to get a person to talk to and when you do, get transferred. After several minutes of waiting you are asked to leave a message. I did this several times over weeks and received one phone call during my work day. No call back number was left for me to call. Needless to say I am back at ground zero. DO NOT USE WM. There are options that are so much better.
They need more help to make the lines go faster...
