Very disappointed with this team. Had an appointment on 2/13 to file taxes. Called 3/4 they had never filed. Checked IRS today after they said that they efiled on 3/4. Still no update. Im paying a significant amount of money for a very easy file and not getting any updates and not filing is very unprofessional. Extremely disappointed.
