Lived here 7 weeks. One week the trash was picked up a day late for no apparent reason. One week the bin wasn't completely emptied by their fancy automated truck. And this week we are on Day 3 of no trash pickup. Our whole condo complex!! And the response the managing agent got was their system shows trash was picked up. Liars!!!
Service has been excellent until very recently. I understand the over 10% price increase, my second of that size in slightly over one year. I can not understand missing a pickup, promising to be here the next day. That was last Thursday. It’s Tuesday. My neighbors containers are still in the street. Constant issues with dumpsters not being picked up. Spending valuable time calling about missed pickups on almost a weekly basis is getting very old. Pickups are often "rescheduled" but then never actually occur. It is to the point where we are having to check the dumpsters daily to see if they have been emptied because credit is not issued unless you call after pick up is "missed" although they should have a record of when bins are serviced. 6/5/25 Update: Service is still abysmal.
