Cancelled services in July 2025; continue to receive invoices for services in Aug, Sept, and October with threats of termination of services when in fact they pickup their containers Aug 1; not to mention countless hours on hold, only to speak with a representative who reads a script and offers no resolution...
They are getting better. Last week the driver came down other side of road. Backed down to intersection and made the truck turn around and backed up to my house to make the collection. Another time when he was on wrong side of street he stopped and crossed the street to get my can and emptied it and then returned across the street to my driveway. This week they came middle of morning and emptied normally.
I have been a customer for a little over a month and I don't think there has been one time when our trash was picked up on the day it was supposed to be picked up
Great communication and have been meeting all pick up dates!
