Whenever an issue comes up our rep always resolves the problem.
Great set up and already had our first pick up, even though it was the next day after setting up the container. THEN ... Due to a winter storm, they did not pick up at the next scheduled pick up date...4 weeks later and the trash has still not been picked up! We were recently told that we were cancelled because we were too far out for service. Hmmm, but they approved the sight and they pick up trash a little over a mile away Too far away or did the driver not want to be bothered? Not good business.
