I booked a facial on Friday just before my granddaughters wedding. I booked a 45 minute facial with a special eye treatment to concentrate on wrinkles. As we were getting ready to start the gal asked if I knew the difference between a 45 and 1 hour treatment and it was explained she would just spend less time on each step. I had a pedicure with Christina and it was honestly the best pedicure of my life! I will definitely be a reoccurring customer!!!
Very disappointed that my last 2 appointments were cancelled with the same therapist. I am going to explore other options. It is an inconvenience when this happens believe it or not. Then to reschedule you are waiting even longer. Back in the day when Lexi was there things were great. Not so much anymore. I need to go somewhere that is reliable and can keep their appointments. I understand things come up but come on......
