The front desk receptionist was very nice and friendly unlike Dr Stinson. I was referred to him by a coworker/friend who stated he was really good. Well I had the complete opposite experience. I had been dealing with a very serious problem for roughly 6-8 months when I met Dr Stinson. He refused to properly address the situation. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful staff and doctor. He only wants to seem like he’ll find a resolution to the problems he creates by not being diligent in his practice. he replies to reviews trying to seem like he wants to be helpful but his rude nurse Zasha won’t even let you speak to him when you call him like he says to do. I went there to get specific tests done and spoke with the doctor about those tests and he said he would get them done and paid $70 for blood work and called back for results and was told I wasn’t even tested for what I was supposed to be test for. The first woman I talked to was kind and professional but the second woman that came on the phone was rude and dismissive, told me that I’d have to come back in and get retested, most likely having to pay another $70 and that she “didn’t know what else to tell me because it’s not ... read more
This is the WORST medical office I have ever been to, all of the staff are petty and unprofessional. They wanted me to pay more than my bill showed and when I gave them the current billed amount due in cash and they demanded more. After questioning them about the higher balance not showing on the current bill and lack of insurance filing or adjustments Dr. Stinson stormed out of his office and threatened to rip up my prescription refills if I didn't pay the amount above the billed amount. Dr.Stinson has been so great with me through my whole pregnancy and takes his time with me and always does the right thing by me and my unborn child. I couldn’t be more happier with him being my ob. Highly recommend him!
