When we started working with this company, they charged us $127, within a year they upped the price to $170. they did not explain the cancelation process at all and when we tried to cancel we later found out it would cost $1345 to cancel
Edit: for any current customers having issues there are several law firms working on class action lawsuits you can join. Quick Google search should help you fight these guys! Please do yourself a favor and pick any other trash company. All of the negative comments about WM are true and it was been a never ending hassle with repeat issues. Bad business partners that is poorly ran in my area.
Terrible company.
The worst drivers in the market, they don't follow directions and they NEVER lock the dumpster back up.
