Pick up of trash is coming in the late afternoon. Which is okay and he does do a good job when he picks it up
Service was great, but my price almost doubled over 4 years. Its unaffordable now. I started at $90 every 3 months. Now I am at $153 every three months and instead of the 9 bags I began paying for, I am now forced to use 2 96 gallon toters that only fit 4-6 bags if I am lucky. Paying nearly twice the price for half the service
Pretty much impossible to talk to a live representative. Their phone system is thew worst and don't even give you option to talk to a live person. If they don't care about me as a potential customer, then I will go elsewhere. It is very frustrating and a waste of my time trying to get someone!
Nicely put back and collectors are cpurteous and kind when spoke to or spekaing to you. Only wsnt them yo make my other can it bugs me they dont macth lol. He marked 1 with the addrrss in chalk. The other wasnt up tht week. 9
