Excellent from start to finish. I filled out a repair request on their website and was contacted within hours. The estimator Cligiel was out the next day. He sent a drone up to inspect the damaged fascia and I had the estimate same day. The work was scheduled promptly and they arrived early and completed the repair perfectly. They even sent me pictures of it as I live in a 3 story townhouse. Call them if you are in need of a new roof or repair. You will be glad you did.

I had Mr.Brooks install a roof on my home. Three yeas latter it is still leaking. Mr. Brooks was to come today Friday at 10:00am at 9:00 his office called and said he can’t come until Tuesday. This will be the fourth time they had to come back.i was told this flashing isn’t the problem.

This company was recommended to me after my senior mom had gotten 2 exorbitant quotes from other companies, I suspect taking advantage of her. Bill Brooks came over and inspected the roof, met me for quoting and had the job completed all within the course of the week. The roof itself was completed in a day for what I considered to be a very fair price. The team was professional and didn’t leave a single piece of trash behind. I’d recommend WM brooks to anyone who needed a roof just based on how he runs the business.

We recently had our entire roof replaced by Wm Brooks III LLC and they did a phenomenal job. The price was very competitive, the product was top of the line and the team was very easy to work with throughout the process. Our family is very happy with the look of everything. They replaced our roof and redid the entire gutter system. From quote to completion of the product it was a great experience. We would highly recommend this company.
