Our neighborhood had a very bad storm of high winds and hail. A number of us and the Somerdale First Presbyterin Church had new roof installed by Wm Brooks. After the storm Wm Brooks was asked to check out our roof for damage. Brooks immediately sent a supervisor. Fortunately no damage. Quality work and a responsive contractor. Nice!
Excellent from start to finish. I filled out a repair request on their website and was contacted within hours. The estimator Cligiel was out the next day. He sent a drone up to inspect the damaged fascia and I had the estimate same day. The work was scheduled promptly and they arrived early and completed the repair perfectly. They even sent me pictures of it as I live in a 3 story townhouse. Call them if you are in need of a new roof or repair. You will be glad you did.
I had Mr.Brooks install a roof on my home. Three yeas latter it is still leaking. Mr. Brooks was to come today Friday at 10:00am at 9:00 his office called and said he can’t come until Tuesday. This will be the fourth time they had to come back.i was told this flashing isn’t the problem.
I simply wanted to thank you for a pleasurable experience. From the initial call to the clean up after the installation. Every appt. made was kept and completed without delay. Your team of installers are professionals, polite and this was displayed in their work from beginning to end. Thank you for the excellent customer service throughout.
