Michelle and Will were so helpful when our AC unexpectedly stopped working. We reached out to WM because we knew Will and Michelle from church. Will was quick to diagnose our issue when a tech from another company could not, he offered honest solutions and did not try to up sell us on things we didn't need. Him and Michelle were very patient with us and answered all of our questions. They even moved our installation up a few days because we were worried our system would die on us. If you're looking for that independent, family owned, "A/C company your parents had", these folks are it!

The best A/C company around hands down! Always professional, timely, and great rates. I'm not great at keeping up with things and even in an emergency they are always there to save my comfort. I won't use anyone else.
