I am hard of hearing and didn't hear the speaker. I was of made fun of , meant to feel stupid. I also ask for specific items that I can never get. I think they're being giving people they know or for personal favors or whatever. I see the item sitting in back, but I'm told they are not available. My girlfriend brings items home that I never evEn see. So I wonder about the policy for first come first serve I have incredible product knowledge. I come here all the time..motor oil, interior car cleaning items, indoor paint, outdoor paint, stain, polyurethane, cleaning supplies (my favorite), and much more I absolutely love this place...💯... And the employees r wonderfully nice n helpful...
