I have no idea how to get past their automated call system.
Just as multiple people have stated this firm is horrible at communicating and very unprofessional (coming from someone who’s done billing at another firm in Colorado). It’s freaking 2025 and they don’t want to pay for a E-billing service to make it easier for their clients so you have to mail your payment and if your payment is even a day behind in the mail, you get hit with a $100 fee.
