Update I spoke with Mr. Wesley this morning. He was very pleasant and apologized for the miscommunication. He did offer to come out and resolve the issue. This reinstalled my view of this company. I will use him in the future if needed. I was very pleased with my service initially and have used them several times. Thank you for getting rid of the spiders that was in the basement of my house. That I was trying to get rid of for 2 years now he came in and took care of the problem and I haven't seen any types of insects.

If you have a crazy rat problem like we did.. Wes is the best there is. We had several exterminators come and quote us but Wes was the most reasonable in price, knowledgeable, and looked to solve the root of the problem.
