WL Pest was able to get rid of our issues. The were fast and friendly. I will use them again!
We hired W.L Pest Control to service our early care/business location in Kirkwood, and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The service cost $450, and after the treatment, the roach issue was not resolved. The bigger concern was the owner’s behavior after the visit. Their own invoice stated that businesses have 30 days from the date of service to pay. Update I spoke with Mr. Wesley this morning. He was very pleasant and apologized for the miscommunication. He did offer to come out and resolve the issue. This reinstalled my view of this company. I will use him in the future if needed. I was very pleased with my service initially and have used them several times. Mostly for just basic pest control but also for an ant problem in my yard, and mouse was in the house 😁. Every time the service was performed satisfactory and I paid without an issue. Thank you for getting rid of the spiders that was in the basement of my house. That I was trying to get rid of for 2 years now he came in and took care of the problem and I haven't seen any types of insects.
