Great service! They fixed my furnace last Thursday during the terrible snow outside, the service was very excellent, professional, fast and friendly. Fung did a great job, knowledgeable, explained everything on detail and offered us the very good price. We were very pleased with their high quality and fantastic service we received and highly recommended to everyone if you need these kind of services, Thanks again!
Thanks to the WL group so I could survive from the extreme weather… I just moved here not long ago and have seen ads about this company, it came up to me when my furnace was not functioning, thought I could give a try because I need urgent repair. They came for a checkup and quickly figured out what caused the malfunctioning and fixed it right after. I would recommend WL to everyone for their professional services and reasonable pricing.
My furnace stopped working at night in extreme weather, I tried to contact the installer of the furnace, since my new house is less than a year old and I do believe it still has warranty, I called the 24 hour emergency service on the furnace but they told me they could only arrange for someone to fix it for me the next morning. That was minus 35 degrees outside, and the temperature in the room dropped to 10 degrees. Do not use this company! Totally scam! They want to charge $10k+ for a furnace repair when nothing actually broke! The guy intentionally turned off our furnace and plugged wires into wrong slot to cause the furnace not turning on! Then, told us the repair needs to be over 10 grand! I told them to F off then called another trust worthy person to fix it for $130 bucks! And the guy told me the previously intentionally messed up the wiring!
