I hired WK Property Solutions for a 320 sq. ft. builder-grade attic conversion, and the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The project ran 121 days over schedule and was plagued with poor project management, constant rework, and multiple failed inspections. Wk solutions repaired my deck and porch. (They also repaired my kitchen sink while they were there) I loved how will came out to give me a quote on cost and was very professional but personable. As a woman who has been taken advantage of He didn't mind any questions and made me feel at ease.
