I had such a wonderful experience at Pierremont OBGYN Clinic in Ruston that I just had to share! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcome and cared for. I can’t say enough good things about WK OBGYN in Ruston. I see Dr. Gullatt, but I’ve heard all the OBs are lovely. Dr. Gullatt is attentive and kind. I also see Marty Mayfield, the NP there, and she’s a delight as well (and the nurse Misty is amazing too). I’ve been many times (while pregnant and postpartum) and never have to wait long and am treated warmly and with so much respect!
Do NOT go here. Wellness appointment was a joke—didn’t even listen to my heart or lungs & failed to check my lipids. Tried to convince me to go to one of their oncologists 100 miles away when I’ve been clear for 15 years! Fouled my sample so I had return & redo it, then made me pay for the redo labs. This after multiple assurances that it’d be at no cost. Got my insurance on the phone with them re: bill for the redo test & overheard their employee complaining about me. How’s that for respect?
