Our experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. The owner placed multiple orders with us and later disputed the charges despite having received the products. We made numerous attempts to resolve the matter through emails and phone calls, but were unable to reach a satisfactory resolution. During our communications, calls were often disconnected, and the matter remained unresolved.
