Kelly Semalulu is incredibly unethical. My ex hired her for ILA, and her first move was to completely overhaul the entire agreement, and then spend another year changing individual words every time she returned the agreement. My ex and I had an interim agreement, and throughout our negotiations she constantly threatened to change the interim agreement rather than focusing on the final agreement.
