Hired Jessica MacDonald for a family law mediation and had a great experience with her. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful in offering suggestions and anticipating the parties’ needs. Also very reasonably priced for someone with her experience. Would easily recommend.

Scot Menzies, a partner in the firm, suddenly decided to "ghost me". Not returning emails or voice mails for months! This after spending $30,000 + attempting to get a divorce through WK. I've had to go through the hassle and expense of hiring another law firm to add a single paragraph to a separation agreement due to his ineptitude (or perhaps snobbery as when my case was more interesting there wasn't this lack of communication). I had Marc represent me with getting an order. I have had both kids full time for 1.5 years, they don't see their mom at all. The order is everything for you when your in my situation. My ex is hard to deal with so I knew it needed to be solid for MEP. Today half of my order was rejected. They told me to go back to court. During the process my ex had a couple different lawyers. Her 2nd lawyer was very strong, everything she wanted she got. Marc definitely lost interest in the case as we were giving in on everything just to g... read more
