Kelly Semalulu is incredibly unethical. My ex hired her for ILA, and her first move was to completely overhaul the entire agreement, and then spend another year changing individual words every time she returned the agreement. My ex and I had an interim agreement, and throughout our negotiations she constantly threatened to change the interim agreement rather than focusing on the final agreement. Scot Menzies, a partner in the firm, suddenly decided to "ghost me". Not returning emails or voice mails for months! This after spending $30,000 + attempting to get a divorce through WK. I've had to go through the hassle and expense of hiring another law firm to add a single paragraph to a separation agreement due to his ineptitude (or perhaps snobbery as when my case was more interesting there wasn't this lack of communication).
