I spoke with the receptionist and she was happy to see how they could help, but when she found out all I needed was help with my taxes because I just purchased a home, she went to discuss with the team, I was then told they are full and not taking any new clients. One star because they’re not taking new business. I called 3/22/2019.
I was in a tight tax situation with the State of California. Will talked to them and they were not helpful. Things were looking bad. Then Will suggested we get aggressive and implemented a strategy. His plan worked. The alleged tax due went away - I even go a refund. So in a tough situation that looked hopeless Will came through and delivered the goods.
