Fantastic service from Bobby and Billy I had a brand new boiler and central heating system installed
Avoid!! Not at all punctual and quality of workmanship is poor.
Billy did the first and second fix plumbing work on my family home bathroom, installed a downstairs WC as well as a full boiler replacement. Extremely reasonable with pricing. 2 months after the bathroom install one of the old pipes that ran up to the bathroom leaked, Billy came through and replaced it free of charge (even though it wasn’t his work that leaked). I’ve used Billy on a couple of other jobs for a rental property - gas boiler and an heating system service as well as replacement of a macerator unit for an en-suite... read more
Great same day service. Fixed the problem, really pleased with the workmanship. Would absolutely recommend again. Value for money.
Came out promptly on a late night call out. Promised he would return to completely fix the offending pipe, but didn’t. Ignored all texts calls and attempts to make contact. Needs a lesson in customer service.
