I saw their ad on the internet about helping people avoid foreclosure. I wasn't in foreclosure, I inherited a property when my aunt passed away. I contacted WJL to see if they knew someone that could help me out. After talking with them, they also buy unwanted properties in any condition. We agreed on a cash price and closed quickly. There were no realtor commissions.

I can’t thank Bill and Jan and the WJL staff enough! I don't know what kind of secret sauce they used, but my parents had CASH in their pocket in as little as 2 weeks. No hassle, no back and forth. We just called them and immediately they responded; "We can help" our family will never forget that.
