Paid $700 for our toilet plumbing to be cleared of fine tree roots, only for the issue to persist one week later. Multiple emails to WJK plumbing went ignored. In response to the owner, I'd suggest the same day paid customers who report that your methods were ineffective are the ones worth chasing, otherwise they can refer the issue externally. I have emailed without response and have provided my contact number.

Wayde is an outstanding plumber who provided excellent and reliable service. I contacted him for help with our showers and bathroom, and he promptly came over to address the problems.
