WJ Smith did a good job of repairing my roof. They were efficient, professional, and kept me infomed every step of the way. I am pleased with their quality work.
We just had a roof replacement completed today. The process was seamless from beginning to end. I appreciate the detailed quote and multiple options for payment. The crew was professional and incredibly hard working. They stayed from dawn until after dark getting our roof completed. The finished product is high quality and looks incredible. If I could give zero stars, I would. He entered into a contract with me to remodel 2 bathrooms for me and backed out after I questioned his project quote which would have required me to pay between 25 and 80 percent more than the retail price for plumbing fixtures and other materials. Further, he never delivered the 2 project designs for which I paid in advance.
Will and his team were amazing. We started out with a idea, that turned into a dream, that we thought was way over our heads. His team was able to bring that dream to life. The entire house looks so different, my own mother drove past it when she came to visit. The construction is done right, with heavy duty materials to last a lifetime.
