The whole experience was perfect from start to finish. William J Smith came out personally to introduce himself and his products. The quote was very reasonable. The customer service and responsiveness were top notch. Perfect choice of windows for our brick ranch. His staff were hard-working, attentive, and “treated it like it was their own house”. From first interview to completion was about four weeks (October). No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend!
